CUSTOMER SERVICE ESSENTIALS TRAINING PROGRAM
The Customer Service Essentials program will equip customer-facing team members with techniques and tools to build and deepen customer relationships, improve customer service communication skills, and enhance problem-solving and decision quality skills to retain valued customers.
The training program includes a well-defined process to: Build rapport as a trusted advisor; Understand client needs and goals; Identify and manage customer objections and resolve customer issues, improving effectiveness to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS TRAINING PROGRAM
The Leadership Essentials program sets the foundation for effective leadership by providing leaders with the behavioral and strategic skills to create a high-performing team.
Leaders will learn to build a cohesive team by first building trust and rapport; enhancing communication skills to listen generously and manage tough conversations, provide effective feedback to manage performance, and build peer to peer accountability to achieve results.
Conversely, leaders will also learn the strategic skills needed to drive results and scale the business, including Articulating company vision, purpose, and values; Clarifying the strategy, roles, and goals; Setting clear expectations for working together, and creating robust measurements to stay on track and achieve results.
SALES ESSENTIALS TRAINING PROGRAM
The Sales Essentials program will equip new and seasoned sales representatives with techniques and tools to improve their selling skills and manage their time. Sales representatives will learn: Effective questioning skills to uncover customer wants and needs; Strategies to manage objections and sell on value; and Prospecting techniques to fill the pipeline with qualified leads.

TRAINING PROCESS AND DURATION
Our proven training method is highly interactive, using a blended learning approach:
- Assessments for select topics, for greater self-awareness and growth.
- Pre-Work for select topics, to include a short video, article, or handout
- Individual and small group activities, to apply and practice new skills in real-time.
- Reflective Learning, including key takeaways and action plans to continue development post-training
